WHAT DOES IT DO?

This rear exterior lift raises and secures a power chair or scooter, using an automatic hold down arm or self tensioning strap, for transport on the outside of your vehicle. 

(Note:  A light duty model of this lift is also available for ultra-light power chairs and scooters.  It uses a self-tensioning strap.)

WEIGHT CAPACITY?

225 lb. lifting capacity – standard model

150 lb. lifting capacity – light duty model

HITCH COMPATIBILITY?

Class II or Class III hitch receiver. 

VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY?

Some sedans and station wagons.  Most SUV’s, minivans, full-size vans, pickup trucks, and CUV’s.  (See hitch information above.)

SWING-AWAY OPTION AVAILABLE?

Yes, this option is available to allow easy access to the rear door, tailgate, or trunk of your vehicle when lift platform is unloaded.

Safety Note:  The combined weight of your power chair or scooter and this lift (with or without a Swing Away) should not exceed the tongue weight rating (TWR) of your vehicle’s hitch receiver.
